Photo was taken in Northern NSW town Murwillumbah NSW

Time

Taken waiting for the sunrise, about 6am, there was lots of smoke & mist in the valley, clouds on the far mountain with the cattle slowly moving up the hill from the mist & tree, sunrise was blocked out

Lighting

Waiting for the sun to rise,

Equipment

Using a Canon 700D with a Tamron 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 lens on a Manfrotto tripod Settings were ISO 100 f/5.6 1/25sec @95mm

Inspiration

My wife & I thought would get out early for a walk, ended up driving 5km to this spot for sunrise

Editing

Process in Lightroom 5 with slight adjust to horizon, touch on exposure & a little adjust on contrast

In my camera bag

I always make sure I carry extra batteries as have forgot to charge them & get out too a location only to find battery life good for 3 or 4 photos. have a Canon 15-85mm lens carry with me also for landscapes & a Tamron 70-300mm just in case of some wildlife.
