Behind The Lens

Location

This was taking in Florida.

Time

This was taken in the late afternoon right after a storm.

Lighting

The lighting was pretty decent.

Equipment

I used a Canon T2i with a Tamron 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 lens.

Inspiration

I was walking around a pond and noticed this guy in the water. I walked out on a dock and he swam up near the dock. I noticed the dragonfly on his head and was lucky enough to get this great shot.

Editing

I used Nik Color Efex Pro for post-processing.

In my camera bag

My camera body and a variety of lenses.

Feedback

Being patient is always important because you never know when a great shot will present itself.
